This is the best Earthbound/Mother music I've ever heard, and that means something coming from me, because I hate the soundtrack from those games. Especially the songs people like the most.

To everyone who hasn't played this game: Do yourself a favor: GO PLAY IT. It's (In my opinion) better than Earthbound, and has really great fighting, music, characters, story... EVERYTHING! You'll find yourself weeping and laughing during the course of this game. Go and play the fan translation that's online. BELIEVE ME, YOU WON'T REGRET PLAYING IT. A person who's played Mother 3 is a better, and more satisfied person.

I've never heard anything about Driver 3 on GBA before, or just assumed they went the GTA1/2 route. I'm not sure I would want to play it, but that video is definitely not something the Genesis/SNES could pull off technically. Pretty impressive, good find.
I didn't think anything about Chinatwon Wars was disappointing. But about Chinatown Wars for GBA... do you have a source on that? I know the name "Chinatown Wars" had never been mentioned before the DS announcement by Rockstar. And 3D is one thing, but 3D open world action sounds a little too fantastical.
Not to mention Capcom even had a 3D Resident Evil in development for the GBA at some point. The project ultimately got cancelled over storage capacity, but it sure goes to show most GBA games didn't really get the most out of the hardware.
I'll get to more DQ4 soon. As for Mother 3 there are tons of songs to choose from, but those are good ones.
MOTHER 3 is 32-bit. Since most of the games on the platform are 16-bit, it's a lesser-known fact the GBA actually utilized a 32-bit processor, much like the PS1. But some songs in Mother 3 are still chiptune, like Passage of Time (which was originally used in MOTHER) and this one... I think. I'm not really sure about this song, but it was definitely supposed to sound retro. The same can be said about the songs in Mega Man 9; it sounds 8-bit. but the NES wouldn't be able to handle half of those.

Oh this is SO WEIRD this track is giving me nostalgic feelings of a game I HAVENT PLAYED. It's just, wow! It brings to memory all those games I used to play back more than a decade ago when I got a gameboy for my birthday... Amazing!
