god this part of the game pissed me off to no end, so i have grown to hate this tune :P
this pirate ship part of the game was one of the most annoying in the whole game -_- too stretched out, running back and forth a lot, then the annoying random battles. Urg bad memories

Got stuck here the first time I played, thought you had to somehow win the roulette/ compass game Fargo cheated at by using the pause trick. Turns out Sneff and his cat magic were the solution.
Can't believe you're almost at 2k. Been listening since like 500. You good taste in music bro, hope you keep doing this and always have fun with it. This song isn't one I normally think of going back to Cross music, but its damn good.

@Shadowfury "Almost" is a strictly relative term. There is no set limit on how soon something comes to be in order to qualify as "almost" happening. When something is 88% complete, then yeah, it's "almost" done.
This is maybe my second-least favourite track from the game. It just makes me think about the hours I wasted on that boat not knowing what to do.

I hated this game, but I loved its soundtrack.
Still haven't played this game, but it's on my list (it's a long list). I have, however, listened to this soundtrack many times. Yasunori Mitsuda made some absolute gems.
You might as well just upload the whole OST to Chrono Cross at this point.

I always found this to be one of catchier themes in the game, it puts a smile on my face. The sitar always reminds me of another game that heavily uses it, Breath of Fire IV.

@SupraDarky This song came right back to me, and I played this game one time, and it was so long ago. I love the Breath of Fire IV vibes; that game has some of the best atmosphere I've ever seen, mostly thanks to the great OST.
