Gooood tiimees when I played this and spent ages trying to finish hard missions from story mode. Also it's a shame that there are no new games so far, imo series like Wipeout don't come close to this

If there is any console game that makes me feel like I am in a Japanese arcade... it is this one. And wouldn't you know it, this game had an arcade counterpart (AX).
Playing Aeropolis with this song reminded me so much of Redline.
nothing feels more awesome on the last lap than being in 4th place, then you git the boost pad and rocket past everyone into first just before you cross the finish line

I played both F-Zero and Wipeout to death. Neither series really took off in terms of popularity, possibly because of their extreme difficultly. I astounded myself at how great my reflexes became from playing these games. I hope that soon, games like this will be online and very popular. Also, here's to the development of high temperature superconductors so such craft can actually exist in the future.
F-zero would be one of the few games that Nintendo can go all-out graphics-wise on the Wii-U.

Remember that F-Zero has 30 racers xD But, even if they reduce the number of players for online races (for like, 20 or 10 players), i would be plenty safisfied!
Hmm... you have a good point there... but they are LONG from having 50+ online... BUT they do need to make a new F-zero.
Mario Kart Wii was pretty good and it was 12 people. I have hope that, with a better console like WiiU, they could do make F-Zero online possible.

I had this on auto-play while doing homework so I didn't know what song was playing. But when 0:55 started playing, I knew right away that it was from F-Zero GX, even though I haven't played the game. That's iconic F-Zero sound right there!

think of the lag, 30 people online at high speeds if they do incorporate online i think they should tie it in with the single player somehow, perhaps have 4 people in a grand prix with the rest computers so it would be like regular grand prix but with multiplayer that way people could play single player and multiplayer together and the developers could put focus in both modes and completing it in multiplayer would reap the same benefits as single player that way you don't have to do it separate
if they make a new f-zero, it better not have online, online would kill the game. f-zero is all about the single player and the time trials not competitive racing.

Oh God yes! I LOVE this song, it's the type that you'd play at a rave and people would not know where it was from unless they were a die-hard gamer. I love it when you get to the last lap and that part kicks in, OVER the frigging TOP! Without a doubt befitting of F-Zero and kickin' techno music that can be listened to outside of the game too.

You should get some Extreme G on the list, Supra, assuming you haven't already. The OST is very similar is style to this.
I wish this game hadn't sold like ass so we would get a Wii sequel
