Easily one of ths NES greats. I do have to mention just how great the Netflix show is, which is largely based on this game. The first season was surprisingly good, but the second season was pure TV goodness. Even if you're not a fan of the games, chances are you will still enjoy it. And if you're like me, then you will appreciate the obvious respect the creators have for Castlevania and smile at some of the fan service.

A reminder that Konami recently announced a Castlevania Anniversary Collection for PS4, Xbox One and PC with this being one of the eight classic titles available.

my personal favorite castlevania of all time, sad to see where the franchise is at the moment, can only hope Konami gets their shit straight and come back with the castlevania game we as fans deserve!
