I loved today's indie showcase for the Switch. The biggest surprise was certainly the announcement of Cadence of Hyrule, which is basically Crypt of the Necrodancer x Zelda. We've already seen collabs like Hyrule Warriors, but the fact that this from an indie just shows how important and seriously Nintendo view them. Props! While the game itself will certainly be fun, I'm most excited for the soundtrack by Danny B. Just hearing the Tal Tal Heights remix in the trailer brought a big smile.

I mostly love the Crypt of the Necrodancer music. Especially world 1 and 3. And the final bos fight one. I find the world 2 tunes too mellow for the in game action though

I'm kinda surprised that a song from world 2 is what made it in here, it had the weakest songs of the game imo. To each their own I guess.

Was watching VGM 560, saw VGM thousand something in my recommended list and thought "wow this guy was dedicated". Turns out you're still here a fucking decade later! Super nice going man!

I'm suprised you didn't feature a song from this game in your list sooner. My favorites are Disco Desent, Fungal Funk, and Dance of the Decorus.

Part at 0:38 is really good, too bad 2-3 usually ends before it comes up (seriously just fuck zone 2 it's infuriating, I try to clear it as fast as possible every time it comes up)
