didnt like the gba version. "random encounters" every two seconds after you finished the last one.
Breath of Fire remains one of the most underrated RPG series I've ever played, and that is a damn shame.

I know I've heard this before in another game!
This was the very first game to ignore the Nintendo of America Guidelines or whatever it was that they had at the time (basically, no religious references on the games, no blood, etc.). The Saint Eva Church, demonic cults - for the first time on a Nintendo game on USA. And, of course, the game is awesome...
But uparupa is so cute! I think I'd rather smash you to smithereens!! XD love it!
I didn't mind this music at first, but it drove me insane 1,000 loops later
if you tie it to ffx, it must be good! i'l go get it this summer now, it's 5 bucks or something wich should make me very happy =D
The game play is about average for an RPG on the SNES and has cool concepts like town creation and fusions. Story is awesome and has a more mature tone to it. This is my favorite RPGs of all time... well maybe tied with FFX. I highly recommend this game.

You have to get the uparupa feed from the monster hunter's house... it's right SE of the town where you had to save the people from the bugs in the well.
One of my first RPGs...it was definitely an interesting game but loved the storyline and music to death...
i couldnt catch that beast you had to catch and i haven't touched it since.
BoF IV is one of the best games ever, period. This one was pretty good.
mine too. but "dying corpse" is already the fourth title I heard it should be. I would like to know which title it really is? (the four titles I heard are: Battle on the Brigde, clean hit, desparate fight, and this one..)
