The hours I spent in this bar... It was emotional to reach this far and then proceed into a much darker world. Before you end the game, you're already missing The Underworld bar...
SPOILER ALERT: What a surprising place this was to find an ex-UNATCO lady....
This music and the tavern were the first things in the Deus Ex, which made me not like this game, but to completely fall in love with it.
neterwan i play this game every year. I've beaten it probably 30 or 40 times. Get GMDX, its a wonderful mod that adds content and fixes existing content as well. From catch grabbing things, to perks with leveling up. Also, get the mod that lets you have unlimited flashlight eyes for free after using an upgrade canister for em. One of my top 3 favorite games on anything! Almost 20 years old and still relevent to this era.

Rain outside, thick smoke and greasy-looking thugs inside. Perfect description for a typical bar scene.
I would flip out if I walked into a real bar and this was playing.
I went to a rather posh but quiet restaurant with my GF once and they started playing some subtle "secret agent"-like music. I was just missing a briefcase at that point!
Makes me think back to watching Bubblegum Crisis 2033

not one of the better songs from the soundtrack but still not bad
I would dare say that this is one of the worst songs of Deus Ex.
It plays earlier in the game, and always gave me a strange feeling of optimism and hope in an otherwise dark and depressing game, which is I'm sure exactly how they intended the player feel at that moment in that bar.
This song reminds me of The Magic School Bus for some reason... Or maybe Chex Quest?
This music reminds me a lot of Public Image Limited's Mad Max track. Maybe it draws some inspiration from them?

This certainly isnt the best track in Deus Ex, but theres something about it that justs sooo awesome
Hey Supra, could you please add the Unatco theme and or the newyork city streets theme? Those are my two favourite along with Synapse.

Some of the best music in Deus Ex plays when you sneak into the VersaLife building. I have no idea what it's called though and I could never find it.
I'm kinda dissapointed by one thing... No main theme (also called "menu theme"). I love the music in this game, but to me, none of it is even closely comparable to the main theme.
Yeah, the Synapse is certainly #1, but I'm surprised you uploaded this instead of the main theme or Conspiravision. Not that this is bad, but it just doesn't seem to stand up to the other 3.
I prefer Oceanlab Complex. Real espionage flavour.

This is my favourite game of all time. All the tracks are epic. The atmosphere in this game is one of the best parts. The fact that you can read books and newspapers and datecubes all over and get a feel for whats going outside in this fictional time. I have this game for Ps2. I reccomend you upload the song from the UNATCO base.

@xpac93 My favorite is the Synapse actually, which is also in the list.
I like the Paris Cathedral shootout music and The Synapse (Hong Kong Streets) as my favorites from this game but this is good as well.

Sometimes you can't really quite explain how nostalgia works, but I really remember hanging around this bar in NYC with that little tune playing in the background. It stayed with me (as did most of this great game).
