I only got to play tooie for a very short time, but I didn't like it as much. It was the notes -- nests? And it was perminant once you nabbed a note no matter what. Half the fun of kazooie was how hard it was to get a perfect note score. Made it an accomplishment. *shrug* maybe I'm just nuts.

@sk8er4ever0101 I for one liked Nuts and Bolts, but it was NOT a Banjo game. If you ignore Banjo and play it, it's not that bad.
@NamtsuaBeatles Rare was a second party company controlled by Nintendo hence why they did Donkey Kong games.

This is still my favorite level in the game. the N64 encompassed my 90s childhood (and some part 2000s) and it always will. The golden age for Nintendo indeed
ui whole heartedaly agree with you...the 64 only got 364 or so games whereas the GCN got over 600 and the wii has already surpassed 400(if i am not mistaken) and yet i cant seem to find many good wii games
I used to listen to this all the time on Banjo-Tooie. Though am I the only one who doesn't like this game as much these days?

Nintendo hasn't really put that much quality stuff out since the N64 days.... They used to have the "magic" you speak of but nowadays they seem too wrapped up in their motion control stuff. Don't get me wrong there is a couple of good stuff for Wii but not as much as there should be. DS is okay i guess but I don't have that.
well im just not that interested in those games im a nintendo gamer i mean sure ive played xbox and playstaytion before but my hearts with nintendo they just have games that no other company can compare they are the ruler of video games they have the video game magic sure i mean xbox and playstaytion can be fun and very fun but nintendo is where i belong with there gaming magic and spirit

the banjo series is very addictive i have banjo kazooie,tooie, and pilot and man there all extremely well created RARE is a very excellent game company well they have done extremely well with nintendo i know for a fact i havnt really played there microsoft games. i recently made a new game on banjo pilot and kazooie man they are games you can not turn off. 5 stars very very good indeed.

Rare didn't sell out, they were sold by Nintendo who no longer wanted them so they were grabbed up by Microsoft. They're not a giant like EA or Activision, so pairing up with Microsoft allows them to create the types of games they like without having to worry about poor sales because they have big daddy Microsoft to back them up.

Sucks they went over. But I've already spent enough of time my time discussing it elsewhere. All in all the conclusion has been found Conker is behind the red ring of death trying to get the programmers attention so he can get Berri back. Who knows? Maybe he'll pitch in for more Banjo!
LOVE this game! Unfortunately, I beat it with cheats. But this was still one of my first and favorite games growing up.

I think I read somewhere that this level was originally intended for Banjo-Kazooie instead of Tooie but didn't make it because it was too big already. Great game with great music, Rare was something special.
