If I was stuck on a desert island for the rest of my life with a magical never ending charger and electricity source, I would probably bring a Fire Emblem game. Maybe Awakening since I can play the hell out of it. I prefer Tetris Type A to Type B. I think it's because I used to only use that version when I played my grandma's handheld LCD game ad it grew on me.

If I happened to be on a deserted island (assuming I have electricity and access to any console in existence) the game I would bring with me would be Super Metroid for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. There are just so many ways to beat that game! It's a new experience every time you play! ;) That game hits me real hard in the feels... It was the first game I bought on Amazon and ever since, I've been collecting old classics. Long Live Nintendo!

I remember the day I found all my older sisters old Game boy games, I showed them to my Mom and I was super excited because she had Super Mario World Two and the Original Donkey Kong game, and guess what. My Mom took my Gameboy advanced sat on the floor and played her old Tetris game on it for almost two hours! One of the best memories of my childhood. :)
Type B had that "old west" feel to it. Loved it whenever I got tired of Type A. Then there was Type C, got that epic castle feel. Goddamn, the Game Boy version of Tetris had the best puzzle game OST ever.

I would bring Super Smash Bros Melee. So far it's the best and most advanced SSB game out there, and takes the most skill to improve. It's a shame they took out most of the advance techniques in Brawl, which is why I would spend years playing Melee.

Hmm, probably some NIS game. As Ockzopie earlier stated, Disgaea DS has infinite dungeons, and that applies to almost every single NIS game ever made. Well, the Disgaea series at least. I'd take Soul Nomad and the World Eaters, though. I've played through both the normal and the demon path, but there's still plenty of unlockable stuff left. Plus I find it more challenging than any other NIS game I've played (and that covers approximately 90% of their current production). ^^

gotta say I'm a type B too... on subject: Yeah, Tetris would be the best game, since it will take a looong time before ever getting to "finish" it completely (i mean 999999 pts). Like, there's always a high score to beat... Besides that, true a RPG would be best, and a very long one. My best guest would be a Disgaea game: it's almost impossible to truly max everything in this game. There's a infinite set of dungeons, and infinite items to boost (well, almost). 1000 hours easily!
This music was redone for the SNES's superior sound chip and others and it never sounded as good as this "primitive" version.

Type A is clearly more well known and possibly superior, but I was partial to Type B myself. And Type B is better in Brawl.
I would bring KOTOR. No matter how many times I've played that game it will never get boring for me. Hell I've beaten it 40+ times already.

Disgaea! I could spend a hundred lifetimes playing that! Level all the way up to 9999 and max out all my weapons and get the most powerful characters and fight dealing ridiculous amounts of damage??? Something like that Would seem to take Millions of hours of gameplay to achieve and it would seem limitless to ncrease your strength!!!

Id take ff7. I'm completely in love with it since it came out and I could play that till I completed it and go back and do it again forever.
I think I would have to pick Disgaea: Hour of Darkness. Considering the sheer amount of leveling and random stages to fight through, combined with the impressive and massive number of characters to create and play with, I just don't think I'd ever do everything I could with it. With games like tetris, I'd likely hit a barrier on how high I could go before it went too fast for me to keep up. And others like Final Fantasy, there are level limits as well as only so many things you can do....
Tetris probably has one of the biggest replay value there is, not to mention single play XD. If I can think of anything that has a big replay value... I'll let you know... unfortunately... Tetris is the only one that I have come back to play in one form or another.

Probably this game too would be with me on a desert island. What's also amazing about Type A is that it's based off an actual Russian folk song from the mid 1800's 'Pre-Bolshevik' Russia. It's called 'Korobeniki' I think. amazing that we know more about that song through a video game...a damn good one I might add.

That's rough man. I find that any game becomes boring in time. Here's an original idea: If I could have a game to live with, I'd want to not be out of shape all day. So, if I could have DDR/SM with either infinite music, or a vast, vast databank of songs, I would take that for sure.

CHRONO TRIGGER! Without a doubt Chrono Trigger. I play that game once a day usually, vacations being the exception and I've neve gotten the least bit tired. I'll laugh at the jokes, cry at the sad parts, get angry with the evilness of the villains. That is the one game I could never get tired of.
