I just realised my last TMNT upload had publishing problems, let's see if this is fixed now. As much as I did enjoy FTL, the soundtrack is easily the part I enjoyed the most. It was one of my most listened to during its year of release. I wonder what the developers are up to now, it's been a while.
Apparently, Subset Games is currently developing their next game which is called Into the Breach which will be a tactical rpg.
Eric C. Yeah apparently a focus of the game is that you can see EXACTLY what the computers are going to do in their upcoming turn. The challenge doesn't come from the game hiding information, and therefore I'm assuming that they amp up the enemies so that you strictly have to make use of all this information you are given.

A Mantis ship here is adorned with Rock body parts! it would be a gorier display if they had internal organs, but the message is clear enough: this is a hunter of a very specialized kind. 1. Attack! 2. Ignore them. 3. (Rock Plating) Ram the bastards. 4. (Rock Crew) Put your Rock crew member on the comm.

Zoltan themes are the best, but I really like how well all of the tracks work with each other.
Have you heard colonial (explorer)?For me is the best and one of most beautiful themes in indie games.The last stand is awesome too.
Yeah, I got around 100 hours of actual game time on this game, 200 if you count in the times where I've just been cheap and leveled crew on idle. Zoltan explore and battle still the most cozy ones for me.

Not sure what you mean. The game's nothing like Metroid apart from it being space-themed?
