I suggest checking out Round Table (did the opening for the NHK ni Youkoso). Pretty similar in style to this one.

Anyone know any more music like this? I love the style. I checked out Katamari's and Pop'n Music's other tracks but could'nt find anything quite like this.

I like this song, it sounds to me like a mix of Mario Kart 64's Raibow Road and Katamari Damacy.

I just love the underlying melancholy in certain J-pop! Reminds me somewhat of the intro to "Welcome to the NHK", or "Honey and Clover", two of my favorite animes.

For J-pop, the melody is actually fairly underscored, usually it's so bombastic and overpowering I can't take it, this is actually pleasant to listen to.

A late upload from a series with quirky music only matched by Katamari Damacy. I like her voice, it's pretty smooth and isn't ear piercing. I know she sings in "english" but sometimes I have no idea what she's saying, so I added my own lyrics in the description. Then I saw some lyrics were already posted on the net and mine are surprisingly close. I'm pretty sure the lyrics that have been floating around aren't official either.
