I remember being a little kid, emulating the victory "arm wave" thing whenever I won, yelling "BANZAI!" at the top of my lungs. Good times... good times.
This game was epic, It was by far one of my most played nintendo games when i was little. River city ransom as well. This developer really could make great games.
I had a gameboy version of this game in one of those emulator cartirdges with several games inside! Liked it a lot, but when I was young, I never managed to figure out how to make the special shoots...they would just eventually appear xD Great vgm bringing great vg memories :)

You know how they added "Super" to the name of all the games they took from the NES to make a sequel on the SNES? yeah... this one probably gave them a few troubles ...so they called it "Super Dodge Ball" (again) xD
This game is in my top 10 for NES. It is just pure fun with the added bonus of racial stereotypes :D

This game is so good. Nintendos gotta go back to this franchise and modernize it. I know they released it for one of the handhelds recently, but I'd like to see a modern console version of it. Put it online. Done. So good.

Nintendo World Cup is still the best soccer game, hands down. Clichee-ish names for every country? Check. Superpowers combined with soccer? Check. Kicking other players in their faces? Check. Hell yeah.

This game was really fun, I've always liked the River City character design and humor. I didn't play this game as much as Nintendo World Cup though when I was a kid, the soccer equivalent.
