@electricmastro Not everyone likes platforming. Less like Zelda-Tho for me its the best nintendo franchise- and alot of ppl find mtroid boring. HOWEVER everyone likes a good scrap, especially with the aforementioned characters.so.....BEST WII GAME EVER NUFF SAID!! :)

I've heard it so much that it feels like it's gotten old, but it really is a beautiful song. It still makes my heart beat a little faster.
I hear this song so much from how much I play Brawl that I take for granted just how good It is.

@Sephiko yeah, i remeber checking that website everyday, and watching the videos countless times, back when i didnt even had a wii i also had all the musics released and i would listen to them every single day

Midnight release, have to show up for tournament! But oh no! A hailstorm is happening! And the streets are packed with vehicles, cars are literally all over the side of the road along with ambulances and such. I push on anyway. However, I nearly wreck in the terrible icy roads. I get out, and ush the vehicle the rest of the way(about 2 miles), finding the strength to do so before release, walk in, win tournament, get my game. Car works fine suddenly, and weather stops. Worth it? Hell yes.
Nobuo Uematsu is a god damn genious when it comes to arranging songs especially with Latin :')
there are missing a few characters on the picture, for example Falco, Ganondorf, Luigi and Wolf
The sheer amount of different composers and artists that came together to make Brawl's massive soundtrack is incredible. EASILY one of my favorite OSTs of all time. God I love these games.
Sucks we'll have to wait forever for SSB.3DS and SSB.Wii U to be finished. Hell. they haven't even STARTED, yet, they announced them on E3. Stupid move Nintendo! Now you got me waiting for the games...

I had a calender reminder on my phone telling me how many days there were until Brawl came out for every day about 2 months before release. I was not disappointed.
Hadn't heard this version before... slightly different from the version in game. I prefer the in-game version, though. It sounds more full in parts than this one.
And this theme is epic.
@Formalhandshakeguy Some remix are done by Yoko Shimomura. But not this theme.
I really am not a huge fan of Brawl's theme... It matches so little to the actual game and.... I don't know, maybe it's because the music was so overused online during commercials and whatnot but I just really do not care for it much.

Surprisingly, though this one of my least favorite that Uematsu's worked on. Uematsu is still my favorite VG composer. Can't wait to see what you do for 1000! Are you going to do any more after that?
@Sephiko noob, I was up at 2:30 some nights and when I wasn't I checked before school. I even learned that the german version of the site was updated first so I would put it through google translate up to 15 mins before the english version was up. That's how much of a nerd I was.
Ah, the feeling when this game was brand new. I just sat and listened to this song for a while.
While on the note of good SSB tracks, gotta say my personal favorite is Break the Targets from Melee.
The legendary Uematsu worked on Brawl? Now I understand why this is an amazing track.

Speaking of which, you should really add the Metal Crystal theme from SSB 64, i'm not trying to force you to, but I figure since that one is the one you've said you played the most and it would probably be the most nostalgic, especially since it was from the 90's.
I find it funny that i've recently come to like the theme of Meta Crystal from N64 aka Metal Mario, that probably would suit the entire franchise perfectly.

i love this tune.
I was so hyped for this back in high school...I even checked the main website for updates during my lunch break whenever I could.
I'm not a big Smash Bros player. I find it fun for a couple games sometimes but that's about it, I've mostly played the first one on the N64. I know it has a crazy big fanbase though with a lot of active players. Brawl has quite the soundtrack though when you look at the various composers who worked on it. I was happy to see Naruke (Wild Arms composer) arrange two popular themes (OoT Medley and Stickerbrush Symphony). And this original theme by Uematsu is already a classic now.
