@SupraDarky I never really got into RCT3. For me it's always been the original with the expansion packs. As for the song, it's brilliant. Strangely enough I never paid attention to it when I first played the game, I liked Nemesis Quest and such more. If you really like this song with its summer feel you should check out Acoustic Alchemy, a smooth jazz band. Start with the song "Playing for Time", I doubt you'll regret it.

I haven't played Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 in years, but this brought back so many damn memories that I couldn't not go back and play it! And normally a song doesn't make me do that!!! Really love this damn game so much, so nostalgic. I know this sounds cheesy but I remember crowding around a computer with the entire family while playing these games. :) Anyone else? Also, thanks for reminding me of a most amazing track.

@imallfordabulls yeah me too! The original was incredible, but for me the sequels never captured the feeling of it at all.
I remember one of my friends built a roller coaster that flew off into a target and we'd keep testing it to see if it hit the bullseye.
Finally a RCT3 song! The whole soundtrack is generally awesome, especially Space de Grey, Galaxy Trooper and Buccaneer. And of course this one, Summer Air.

I remember the first time I built a coaster with no track at the end in mid air, curious to see what would happen. Scared away all my customers.
I played the 1st one for DAYS! Dabbled a bit in 3, but it didn't feel the same.
I remember the first Roller Coaster Tycoon. So much fun never got into the other ones.
The most annoying thing is when you make a really cool roller coaster and everyone's afraid. That's why I prefer the free creation mode.
I only played the first one. It was fun.
Fun Fact: I once nearly choked to death while waiting for Zoo Tycoon to slowly load. I flipped a coin in the air and it somehow managed to go down my throat. Whoops.

@moccamonster I actually prefer the 3D gta games but i know what you are getting at. i really loved the whole atmosphere the game had when it was still in 2d, but when the switch to 3d came, the whole atmosphere changed. And so did the entire experience.

@FriskyKillface Yeah, I guess it's like the GTA games. Good in it's initial run, until they release the same game years later, when we expect more from these games. Plus it was just much too complex, I liked the original games for being very easy, being in a 2d environment and all.

aaah, how i loved the original rollercoaster tycoon :) Unfortunately when i got rollercoaster tycoon 3 for my birthday when it came out. I was bored almost instantly. All the magic of the game was gone for some reason. Never played any further than the first 3 maps or so XD

@Hawelo92 The Roller Coaster Tycoon, yes, Zoo Tycoon 2 is pretty good too, the others, never tried. :| And man this song brings me some memories already.

I get really addicted to these kind of games when I play. I bought this game after playing the demo over and over again. Managing rollercoasters is just really fun, I also got addicted to games like Sim Golf or the classic Sim City series. I wonder what's up with the Tycoon series though, it's been a while. I like this song, definitely has the awesome summer feel. It's finally getting warmer here too, so I guess I'm in the mood.
