It is more along the lines of "Obsession" I can say the same for Minecraft and Call of Delinquents and Pukemon but what do I know. I only play fun replayable games (and I replay indie games too so do not assume that I only play mainstream AAA titans.) In fact I am on my 3rd loop in Recutear. Non mainstream game. Then I remember "I used to go on and on about Zelda ALttP and Final Fantasy 6 (III US) so I guess I am guilty of obsession. I just do not listen to it. If I want to know anything about Undertale I will talk to my grandnephew who knows the game or I can just watch Markiplier (sp) play it.

Smooth McGroove brought me here. First time i heard of this song on youtube. i thought this song has parts that sound great and parts that sound good. overall very good i think. i think smooth mcgroove acapella's version isn't as good as the original but still good. this is one of the rarest songs that smooth mcgroove did an acapella where it doesn't sounds as good or as great as the original.
@kim truong Yeah, I hear ya. This song is more complicated and has more tracks and more stuff going on than most of the tracks Smooth McGroove covers, which are from earlier games. It's hard to capture the beauty of this song with only an acappella version.
+kim truong I think the reason for that is that (if I remember it correctly) Smooth used the Smash Bros. version of Gaur Plain, which was cut in half from the original (along with every other Xenoblade Chronicles song they used).
I loved this game and love that Shulk is in Smash, but the "I'm really feeling it" things is bullshit.

Operation Rainfall are gods among fans. It's because of their efforts that I (and countless other RPG fans here in the US) can play this game come April.

Well, as an european I remember not being stopped by a minor thing like the lack of a proper version for Chrono Trigger back then. I can remember the ac adaptor for my american snes overheating like hell. Of course I had bought the whole thing just to play the damn squaresoft games in their 60hz goodness.

Xenoblade... So glad that this game came out in Europe too. Now if only had Wii to play it.. Ah well, at least it came out, so that I have hope to play it! But seriously, I do hope that one day they will realise how the RPG community is big in both America and Europe, so that we shall always get those unique and amazing games. Or maybe they are jewels just because they are not that accessable...

@yagamijase The World is all water except for 2 extremely big giants who "died" in a fight. You live in one of them (the place where the sword is in the pic--->bionis), the giant you can see is another place where somebody lives--->mekonis. Think about the giants as 2 big continents not "giants".

I really didn't like this game at first, but the battle system starts getting addictive (and hectic) and the story is getting deeper over time, the music is amazing, i think the only track I dislike is the main battle theme (yhea not so good of course)

@AkumaUchitoru I believe "Xeno" refers to the other worldly. For example, Xenophobia is a fear of unknown or otherworldly beings. Similarly, Xenobiology is the study of otherworldly lifeforms. Ragnarok is basically the end of Midgard (earth), when souls fight for Odin in Norse Mythology.
It is completely unacceptable for Nintendo not to release this in the west. This is a high-quality game with very good reviews and potential, so I will be completely baffled if we don't get a confirmation of it coming to the west this year. But Nintendo of America still puts this game on their release schedule, so until they stop doing that, I'll continue to have hope that they're localizing it.

A superb arrangement, definitely can feel a bit of Baten Kaitos in there. Such a shame that this will probably never see the light of day outside of Japan. And I really don't understand that they're wiling to release Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World overseas but NOT Tales of Graces, a far superior game. Also, I thought Tales games sold relatively well in the US? Eh, I don't know. Anger.

@HeavensMeat That is becouse it is not sharp. The "blade" splits and an energy orb forms in the big hole followed by an energyblade.. You can see it in about any combat trailer

It still is labeled to come out in the to the rest of the world. So...where is this masterpiece? Also, definetely grabbed this track for my listeniong pleasure(at the time I could only select 10 songs). I'm guessing Beyond The Sky would be up at some point though...some of Mitsuda's best work, his one contribution to this game, and up there as one of my favorite songs of all time (right at #2).

If I could choose one Japanese Wii game to come out here in the west, this would be it, even over The Last Story. I've heard tons of great things about it and the music is something else. ACE+ never disapoints.
