I just played through bayonetta and heard the song ingame and sounded awfully familiar. My instant thought was that they ripped off the music from another game. I was wrong, it was one of the cool songs from @SupraDarky ! Ty man. Big fan

+myohel0 The song was on the track list. The only thing I would want as a bonus was a jet stage to this theme. But I was screaming in excitement.. I voted for her, and I could not be more happy. Hell, I even modded this song into Project M for the Lylat Cruise stage, and it was amazing!

I've always thought of it as Devil May Cry with an attractive woman instead of a wisecracking pretty boy. Oh, and the woman uses her hair for special attacks and everything is sexualized. EVERYTHING.
it's a button smasher, but makes it so satisfying that you don't even care about the fact.

Such a great game. Even though I played on Easy and played some of Normal, I really love the plot and general flow of this game. The music just is amazing to me. I had quite the adventure playing this game.
Bayonetta 2 just got announced as a Wii U exclusive.
Pick it up, the sooner the better. I picked it up not expecting much and both story telling and gameplay are just amazing.

I rented this one not knowing what to expect from it at all, just going by good reviews and was still skeptical. Now, having played most of it, I was genuinely surprised by it, it's a very good game.

Perfect music for a furious gunfight down a hi-tech highway, surfing motorcycles and its in the middle of a CIVIL WAR! YEAH!

I hated this game, but this is a really cool song.
This is my theme song.
Not only a tribute in the song but also in the scene, all is in a hijacked motorcycle and you ride in a long highway (and a bridge) shooting baddies and avoiding crashes, it is a perfect homage to After Burner, if you can get the game, you won't be disappointed.
@Mahdino I've never really made that connection. I guess the beginning reminds me a bit of it. But Star Fox came out many years after this song's first iteration, so it'd rather be the other way around.

One thing for sure, if you do buy this game, buy it for the 360. I heard the Ps3 version is very buggy.
@Mahdino It's actually the other way around. After Burner and the original version of this song came out way before Star Fox so I was saying "this sounds like After Burner" when I first played Star Fox, lol.

this was a really fun game, but A LOT like DMC. Though it did have a few differences.
This and Madworld got me into a sort of Sega state,where I'm now incredibly interested in Sega games and a couple of weeks ago I bought After Burner Climax which I love so much now.....so that's why I'm here and listening to this kick ass song and enjoying some ass :P

@SupraDarky It's pretty much a feminine Devil May Cry with better combat and, IMO, better boss fights. The QTEs make the game even more exciting. And the unlockables make this game complete. That's a lot better than expensive DLC like Street Fighter 4's costumes.

@SupraDarky PLAY IT ! Trust me. I recently finished it and it's a great game. I'll give it a 9/10 only because i don't like the site of blood. The sound track is banging. Rivals the like of Persona 3 and 4 soundtracks. This song you have up here is a remix of the classic outrun which is great but there are some original background music in this game that is better in my opinion. Don't get the ost to listen to it just yet. Play the game 1st so you can be shock and amazed.

This song definitely gets into a little bit of megaman territory (Kind of like the X-series). The melody is all 16-bitish. Pretty cool.
