I'm surprised you don't have any World of Illusion songs. "Coral Reef" and "Magician's Domain" were really high quality 80's synth music.
This is an absurdly awesome track
If anyone liked this game, I'd recommend World of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck on the Genesis. Nicer graphics imo and an equally great soundtrack for fans of 16-bit Disney games!
it would be super cool if they did what they did to Ducktales to this game. I think Capcom could do some good thing with this game
I always believed that Capcom (also Konami!) has its own distinct feel on its NES and SNES games. I can generally tell by the first few notes if it's a Capcom (or Konami) game or not because they almost always have this unique tune, even for games I've never played!

oh man i always remember wanting this game as a kid! i have one for genesis but its nothing like this.
This is a really nice song for a game like this.
It is weird that this game has been easily forgotten, when it made a lot of noise when it appeared.

Hmm... I've never played this game, but this song gives off an exciting happy feel, so I wonder why they call it the Dark Forest?
@Supermariofan14 It doesn't quite say why, but whenever you defeat a Boss, a Pete Spirit comes out and flies away, infering he enchanted the Boss with his magic (As in this game he is a VERY large sorcerer)
This music is really something. It makes the game SOUND fun, without even having to play it. Although the screenshots help as well. x3

Oh and for those who played Breath of Fire, you can definitely hear some similarities in the music. Yamaguchi composed for both games.
I really liked this game as a kid. I played a lot of Disney games by Capcom on the NES and the SNES, they were almost always quality games.
