I honestly prefer the SFC version, it's nice and simple. This version just does too MUCH, and it distracts from the core composition. I'm also not a huge fan of whatever style horns this has compared to the original.

I want a DS remake from the SNES to the 3DS. Why? Cause I want to play this game. >.<
This game was a great remake, probably one of my favourite RPG on the PS2, sucks that it sort of went under the radar. I also wish they revived that series, or if they at least brought the SaGa 2 DS remake over here.

The music is definitely one of the good things going on for this series. The battle themes are always epic and powerful. Kenji Ito is usually in charge of the music, but Tsuyoshi Sekito made some contributions for this game (like this theme) and he really mimicked Ito's style very well.
