A collection of my favorite videogame music. Note that most of them are from games I played so I might miss some great ones from games I never played.

Definitely hear tons of Mega Man. I'm assuming that Capcom used the same sound chip for a lot of their NES games.
There was no alternative. Capcom, as far as I'm aware, never developed any sound-capable MMC, so all of their soundtracks are from the stock NES CPU, the 2A03.

I also love how the guy on the cover doesn't look like you. Just the bionic arm, and he is fighting or avoiding enemies in metal gears which I don't remember encountering unless you count the albatross and the Hitler look alike having his head blow up.

First area, so often they're great themes. Now when the soundtrack can sound good beyond the first level you know you've got something on your hands.
i personally think the percussion makes it soo much better :D

You played the remix version yet? Good old enhance 2d game-play in HD (also allows coop play unlike the original)

The classic BC theme. Many fun hours were spent on that game as a kid, gotta love the grapple!
