I love the beginning of the battle where Xemnas says, "Anger and Hate are Supreme" though I still prefer Ansem (KH1 Ansem) since he seemed much more badass then the others
I think part of that comes from Billy Zane being a much more impactful performer.

@Okamii007 for a REAL challenge, fight him with no armor/accessories, all skills turned OFF, with the sweet memories keyblade, on proud mode, after deliberately leveling up as little as possible. and for even more of a challenge do that with sephiroth. you'll cry in frustration, trust me.

You know what i loved? that even though i was lv 99, Xemnas' final form still killed me when i slipped up. not to mention i was playing proud mode and was using Ultima Weapon. but for a real challenge, fight him with Oathkeeper. That was the most epic half hour ever for me
How i remember this shit during the final Xemnas fight on Proud mode. OVER, AND, OVER, AND OVER.

I think part of the brilliance of this piece is the fact it remains gentle and almost relaxing in stark contrast to the stressful battle that accompanies it.

Just noticed that portions of this song, like 0:40 to 0:53, sound quite similar to the Pure Odio fight theme in Live A Live, though I suppose that's to be expected, since they have the same composer. Still thought that was cool.

2:30 always makes me sad because it reminds me that after this battle with Xemnas, the nobodies and heartless will disappear but that also means the final chapter of Sora's quest and the adventure is coming to a close.

This game's final boss battle was epic. The command button really spiced this game up over the original.

Kingdom hearts soundtracks alone are worth playing through the series again.
I loved this fight. Did anyone else think that the background of this fight looked similar to the Zeromus fight in FFIV? Actually, I find Sora, Riku, and Kairi to be quite comparable to Cecil, Kain, and Rosa.
