When I heard that, I didn't see my browser (played it on background), I though "this is Mitsuda style" (played Chrono Cross) And I was right. Very personal music style, I love it.
was looking at something else when this came on, and immediately identified it as a Mitsuda composition. boy that guy has a recognizable style. which is a good thing because his style be STYLIN'
@dissident93 yeah i recently picked up the game...its called sands of destruction and his music is still very good....games kinda bland story wise but i did enjoy the battle system =D

Funny how I hadn't even seen the name of the composer when I first listened to this, or even heard about the game at all but I knew right away that it was Mitsuda. This sounds just like Xenogears and Chrono Cross, this style of music is exactly the reason why he's one of my favorite composers.
there hasnt been a tune of mitsudas i havent liked....its just a shame and downright criminal that he hasnt done any vg music in a while...which is sad cause these games nowadays could really use his work...

Ah! I remember somewhere awhile back I recommended this track to you! Whether you checked it cause it's Mitsuda, cause I said something, or you've played the game, I must say this. Can you see at all why I would recommend it? One of Mitsuda most unknown games he's worked with, but it's one of the best. The game is alright, but the soundtrack is out of this world. My personal favorite would HAVE to be Battle With The Devil.
Okay...I just KNOW I've heard that flute melody right at the beginning somewhere else.
I thought this sounded a bit like Chrono Cross's OST.. then turns out this was composed by Yasunori Mitsuda himself!

That flute part sounds an awful lot like Snowman from the Mother series... Always good to hear a track from the legend Mitsuda. But this track is just lacking.
No wonder I like it so much. Mitsuda did it. :)

This tune could have fit right into Chrono Cross. Reminds me in a way of Arni Village.
Well, you should know Chrono Trigger. Mitsuda composed for that game too with a few tracks by Uematsu.

The final battle theme for this game is awesome. One of Mitsuda's best. I believe its called 'Battle with the Devil'
I know he composed chrono cross too, hes probably still stuck in chrono cross composure, it sounds like it really belongs on it, dont know how well it applies to this game but yeahhhhh
As stated multiple times, once I hear the bass, I know it's Mitsuda. Also, Mitsuda has a knack for using a variety of percussion.
One of the more unknown games Mitsuda composed for. Still quite an excellent OST which is nothing new with him.
