The nostalgia of Geffen and Dalaran, in the WoW. i had used to listen to this music on playing WoW in Dalaran so much.
Your best vgm part 4 is the best i've heard so far, really enjoying it and far away from done. Specially liked Shatter - Kinect Harvest and Ecco the Dolphin : Defender of the Future - - Dolphin's Intrigue. Hope all is well. :D

EuRO for me. Good times, good times. Came together, drifted apart, then it ended. Free server communities sadly can't live up to these times anymore.

Ragnarök wasn't my first mmorpg, but my first manwha/manga. Good memories, sad the manwha ended so abruptly :( In the middle of a fight too *sigh* They were fighting in geffen actually (well, an alternate dimension... or, well half the team fought in geffen... whatever)

@shishikyuu I loved Ragnarok back when it was the first MMO I'd ever played. Whenever I hear this music I get pretty nostalgic about the summers I spent playing this game with friends. Such an awesome soundtrack.

i dont really go to geffen city, but it gives me some really good memories.
Sound_Temp only worked on a few of the songs. They have gone through many other composers as the game developed. The game doesn't really suck either. It's the only MMO I've played where you don't need anything to do find fun. That kind of style eventually gets boring, but when you start playing other games, you'll understand that Ragnarok hit MMOs right on head with it's style. I don't play it anymore, because the game itself got pretty boring, but looking back on it, it's not that bad.

In my opinion, Ragnarok is easily the best MMORPG. You can find another one with that awesome music? The gameplay is completely different from the others, making unique and dinamic battles.
Geffenia levels 1-2 music is catchy, very good to level up those slow-to-level Merchants... just mob the Poison Spores and Cart Revolution the bastards. Then they ruined the map filling it with those red flies that were impossible to kill without a hunter. Way to go.
I remember the old days before I hit private servers I would be a lame level 10-15ish mage and I would sit in Geffen and listen to the theme song. Good times.

I like your list SupraDarky. And i envy you for have played so many games that i'd never played. Geffen is one of my favorite town of Ragnarok. Despite the bad things i stiill miss that times when all i can do is stay uping my High Priest!

MMO usually involve grinding for hours on end so hearing the same 2-3 minute song loop hundreds of times can get a little much. Ro does have a great soundtrack though. Listening to the Geffen theme gives me the feeling of playing a novice with my friends all those years ago...

RO's music is great and looped flawlessly, but each track is only around 3 minutes. And when you grind for hours in one area, it could get a little repetitive. It was absolutely beautiful at first though.
I remember way before the Hunterflies were put in the tower; it was a leveling hot spot for low level parties, ahh good times.
I would've agree to you about First MMO played, but 6 years... I'd give you kudos for still having fun despite the long time... I've skipped a lot of different games because I want to try out different stuffs.

Yeah, this is definitely one of my favorite tracks from RO!! Good choice. A lot of my friends who played RO always listened to other music while playing, but I was like, Why don't you listen to the game music? It's awesome! lol
