Well, it'd be kinda awkward if you walked by their game making room and saw them beating up a girl and told you "This is for a video game. This is for our graphics." In fact, it's already gotta be wierd just seeing a bunch of guys beating the crap out of each other...
yeah, it seems the music is a tribute to Streets of Rage, as well as the name of the game. And it looks extremely fun! Tho, they missed the female character :(
Whoa, I thought digitized graphics went the way of the dinasours and the neo geo. Nice to see indie types still using them.
That's pretty cool of you, man. Your gaming music knowledge reaches to so many places, no matter how obscure. It's really incredible. It's kind of ironic too, because in each video you clarify that there may be games you never played, supposedly great ones at that. I guess that's what your fanbase is for.

I added some screenshots to show that, yeah, this is an Indie game! I like to support them with my money (they usually cost next to nothing) when they do a good job. The digitized look and the animation is funny, played it with a friend late at night and had a good laugh. The name and music style makes it pretty obvious that they got inspired by Streets of Rage.
