Water World by OCEAN lol.
This game's entire soundtrack would fit seamlessly into a big budget movie without any need for alterations.
The base track in this song is fantastic. Especially with quality headphones with emphasis on base.

I really miss that stretch of time when the SNES had a ton of trance-inspired music from western composers. Alas, childhood.

Diving is one my favorite VGMs of all time even if the game is very bad. This is another great song.
Always surprised how good the music can be even if the game, in total, is a bad joke. Let's see how far into the list I get today!
