@sivervipa Same here. Untill I looked at the rest of the comments in order to avoid ending up making an ass out of myself by saying something I shouldn't. Besides, asklcnvivdf is right. Compared to most other RPG's, this one is rather lighthearted and funny. Doesn't make it any less awesome either. Not too hard IMO, either. :)

@jacobpotter Because I think that when they make a game that is being released within a year after a new handheld, the developpers try not to use up too much memory space until they know for sure how much they can put in, that's what I meant. Still, I think that all three Mario & Luigi games are longer than handheld games that aren't RPGs.
@64SuperNintendo That doesn't explain anything. DS cards have way more space, regardless of when they came out.
@jacobpotter And PiT was released within a year after the DS, unlike SS which was released two years after the GBA, meaning that they had enough memory space in the game. PiT most likely didn't have enough memory space, since it was releasd within a year after the DS, which might explain why it was kind of short.
@jacobpotter I usually don't consider the sidequests as being part of a game (they are optional), I usually count a game to be as long as it takes to finish the main plot and defeating every enemy in the way (to be leveled up as much as possible), on a second run. Which is why I said that they both take equally as long. Of course, everybody plays a game at their own pace.
@64SuperNintendo Maybe my perception is skewed, but I recall it being like: Partners in Time took me about 10 hours to beat, and SS took me about 3 times as long.
@jacobpotter How much longer? Because this takes around 15 hours when you're familiar with the game, and Partners in Time takes about 15 hours also when you're familiar with the game. That's just MY completion times, though.

@OverObsessiveNekoBoy I'd have it in a different order, but close. SS is easily the best, because it's really long and just overall badass. Partners in Time was the dark horse, since it's so short. still a damn good game though. BIS is my second favorite; it's actually still pretty long, and really well made. plus that final boss music! *eargasm*
Superstar Saga: Amazing classic. If you don't have it, you're an idiot. Partners in Time: Definetly the least good of the three, but still a very good game. Bowser's Inside Story: My favorite of the three because of how fluid the game feels, and because the music is just amazing. My only complaint is that it's too short =/
@Nitnelav1994 No. Partners in Time was nothing compared to this game. And I don't even hold Superstar Saga in much esteem either. But Partners in Time was an insult. Nothing about that game worked for me.
If i don't get this game again, i will have so much fury...

Tward the end of the GBA lifespan, game developers that made GOOD games were working to push the hardware to its limit. This and Mother 3 probably had the most demanding sound tracks for the GBA.
