according to gamefaqs its a fighting game... maybe its a mix of fighting game and shooter
@Doug E Is a mix of shooter and fighter indeed, but the story is an Space Opera, so is kinda "tragic" That's why the entire OST of the game is really calmed.

To answer your question. Repetition can become very irritating so it stands to reason that when people see the same clamoring for a pointless spot that deserves no praise, people will get annoyed.
iirc, this is the theme from the earth stage, or the stage where you're fighting in a blue sky which i've always believed to be mika's stage hence mika's theme unless i'm mistaken. in SnR DUO there's a track called "birds eye" which seems to be a reinterpretation or at the very least reminds me of this track.

It's spam, simple as that. You're not commenting on the video itself or anything related to it, you're just going "first" and leaving. It's very annoying and literally is a waste of time.

If I remember correctly, it actually plays during a stage. It fits pretty well too with that kind of 2D shooter.
