I remember leaving my PS2 on just to listen to this while I slept. Good times.
I remember hating this game but i kept playing for the music, then i got used to the gameplay and story.
Agreed, this game was so awesome. BTW, the composer was Noriyuki Iwadare. He also did the scores for Super Smash Bros Brawl, Grandia 1-3, Ys III and all the Lunar games.
This game kicked so much ass. So much. And it's really jarring once you hit "that" plot twist about halfway through.

omg the kicking is so addictive. and thats really something for me to say, having beat the game 3-5 times replaying through fully. this is my fave rpg of all time!
I saw this game at Gamestop, and just had to pick it up. I haven't gotten very far into it, and already it's becoming one of my favorite games. :3 It takes me forever to progress, because I go around and kick EVERYTHING. XD
Gawd, I love this game infinitely. Periodically, I still dust off my PS2, practically turning the house upside down, just to play this game. And this is probably my favorite song from a score that deserves a Grammy. Whoever composed the soundtrack for this game is a genius. And this is just the tip of the iceberg :)
But the RPGs it does have, like Disgaea 3, Cross Edge, Eternal Sonata and Folklore, all kick ass.
wow lol youd think with the 140+ million systems sold, you wouldnt find someone still looking for a PS2 that hasnt already had one YOU GO BROTHER (btw theyre both good systems, my friends berate me for trading in a 360 for a Wii but I love the Wii, but PS3 is much better IMO) id recommend a PS3 but only the older systems have backwards compatibility, but I heard theyll be rereleaseing PS2 games through their PSN store as downloads, in the end its up to you oh and PS3 doesnt have too many RPGs

Radiata ruled. Awesome story with plenty of every theme and element in it. Including the one thing that every RPG nowadays seems to lack... HAPPY. Where did the happy and humor go? On top of this, the game had an amazing soundtrack.
I loved this song in the game, and the village was one of my favorite places in the game. :]
This game is one of my first PS2 rpgs and i absolutely loved this game. I think Radiata Stories is a underrated rpg

Ahh, Solieu Village. Funny that you have to beat up your own sister just to get a CD of this in the game.
I loved this game, it was really easy going. And it's one of the few JRPG's that gives you an actual gameplay-altering choice.
