The boss theme sounds much better when you're actually in game playing and there's sfx going on the whole time! I can still hear the "WHOOP KSSHHH" as I cast my fire spells and roast some poor fool's ass for messing with my party! Lol, great game and great memories, thanks for the upload!

it's strange, for me this isnt a boss theme, but fits perfectly if you start to think about that, i dont know why, its a very addictive theme, could listen it all day. i've never played this game, but i will give a chance =). epic boss theme!

I'm not gonna lie, paladins quest had a lot of weird shit in it.... doesn't mean I didn't enjoy the hell out of it though. Gotta appreciate any game where one of the random enemies you encounter in the field is "girl". Probably some dumb bitch from Zygos castle.
@boyblob This is one reason why I'm glad that thumbs-downs on comments are no longer visible by default. At first, I was a bit annoyed, but now I see the wisdom behind it: it encourages people to state why they dislike a comment, not just click a button and forget about it.

Well, mark me as one that wasn't impressed by this game. I didn't like this music, although I did like the final boss battle music (for both incarnations)
This is what RPGs in the intergalatic future should sound like(take notes, Phantasy Star)! This game had such cool music for a mediocre RPG, particularly the world map theme(the first one).

I don't remember it sounding this way either. The tune is the same but sounds remixed...I guess it isn't though - strange that someone else had the same impression upon hearing it, though.

Its interesting, my mind had sort of changed the way the music was over time. The tune was the same but I don't remember it sounding like this. Hearing it now, I can definitely tell that it sounds retro/16bit. Its a good theme though.
I don't find their responses very insulting at all. So they think it sucks. So what maybe we could have a discussion about it. Marking them down comes off as people getting pissed off that they ripped apart their childhood memories. What's the difference between a comment stating "this sucks tbh" and "kickass song" Not much thought thrown into the comment but just because one is negative people mark it down. I just figure that we are above this.
I need to play this game.
