Rotating Room (Clockwork Mansion)
The drums, in the tracks, (Especially the Forrest of Monsters and Torture Chamber themes) Are my favorite because of their intense, impossible drum sequences. Like this one.
Amazing.
The beginning of this theme is extremely cool! Actually, the entire soundtrack is really good!
It's funny that I just now realized that this song returned in Circle of the Moon on GBA.

SCV4 had the most original music out of all the Castlevanias. They were just like, "Fuck it, this track needs a breakdown with taiko and log drums!"... and it works o_O
Konami knew how to do music. In the 16 bit era no one stands close.

@Alex Carrion Yes, but you could extend that argument to ever-broader generalizations that lose more meaning with each step. The statement that would make more sense would be "Masanori Adachi and Taro Kudo knew how to do music", or, if JimmyLovesGamesTV meant Konami's composers in general, then "Konami's composers knew how to do music".
+JimmyLovesGamesTV Well, that's not exactly fair to say. I mean sure, Adachi and Kudo are fantastic composers and Super Castlevania IV has one of the best OST's out there, but there are plenty of other 16-bit games that have excellent music as well. Mitsuda (Chrono Trigger), Uematsu (Final Fantasy VI) and Sakuraba (Tales of Phantasia) totally compare with this.

So sinister, so SNES, so 90s... this games soundtrack's what reminds me of my TV room as a kid, with my crazy-ass super nintendo games all over, crappy wood-paneled TV with that stupid VHS holder shelf that never opened.. and the music and sounds of games like this. LONG LIVE THE VIDEO GAME!
I love alot of this game's soundtrack, but I liked the first and cave themes better. It starts out awesome for me, but after that, it seems to keep changing its mind of what it wants to be. It's a decent song, but definately not my favorite.

@RequiemOfNothingness I agree. To me, no other game can ever beat Super Castlevania IV! Graphics that still look good today(not that it matters), The best platforming controls of all time! A soundtrack that is so epic and well composed that I put it on my ipod! And, to me, this game has 1000 times more replay value than any other game! This is just the perfect video game! I say Long Live this game! Long Live Super Castlevania IV

I remember I played this game for a week straight to beat it. I think its hardest of the Castlevania games. Damn some of these stages were frustrating.

Oh god... Super Castlevania IV is still, I think, the best of the platformer Castlevanias. Although I unfortunately remember getting a little -too- good at it, so I traded it away. I regretted it for years until it came out on the VC. T_T;

This song is also called Clockwork Mansion. I think that was the name for Circle of the Moon.
Once again SupraDarky, You have made my day! This one of my favorite songs in the whole castlevania series. Some people might think this one's an "iffy" choice If they've never heard It before, But I heard this song in Castlevania: Circle of the Moon first so I was already familiar with it by the time I heard It in this game.
