im fully convinced that the mm4 and mm3 final stages got swapped accidentally. mm3 was an incredible game all the way to the wily castle, which was very average. mm4 was very average until dr. cossack's castle, which blew my mind.

I think anyone who can narrow down their favorite MM tunes to a number less than 10, is insane. Same goes to the people who don't have at least one song from MM4 on that list, because that's the space where THIS song goes!

I don't know why people hate the music to this game, this game had some of the best mega man music to date.
This was an instant fave when I played it. I never played MM4 onwards when I was a kid, so when I played them last year, this was a track that stood out from the first few seconds listening to it. Instant classic!

no wonder, wily 1/2 from mm 2 has long lost its flawless reputation among vgm fans... although it's still my favorite from any megaman game still this is awesome, mm 4 has my 2nd favorite soundtrack of the megaman series (with 9 as nr. 1)

This is actually one of the few songs from Mega Man 4 that I think are actually good. Most of the soundtrack I haven't really given a toss to. Skull Man and Pharoah Man (ffff, is this even correct) and the Boss songs are really all I like, excluding this song, which is beautiful <3

It was Dr. Wily. Playing through the Megaman Power Battle series will show you this. Also, Dr. Wily Created Zero of Megaman X fame. This is shown throughout Megaman X4-X6, and at the end of Megaman: The Power Fighters.

All 4 of the final level songs in Mega Man 4 were great. I think the Wily Castle 3 & 4 song is the best in the game though, with its build up to that cheesy explosion sound effect, ha.
The 20th Anniversary Rock Remix of that tune was REALLY great.

This song is almost as good as Dr. X's theme from Mega Man 6, but still one of the best stage themes from the series.
To me, This is the only song in the whole Mega Man series that can compete with the Dr. Wily Stage 1 / 2 music from Mega Man 2.
Hmm, I perfer stage 1, but this is a great pick nonetheless.
