I didn't know this theme was in the original Etrian Odyssey. I've only heard a version of this from a newer game.
This is amazing!! I love it!
This stratum was a real pain the ass, we need to kill all minions around the boss to finaly kill theme. Music so good tho.

I just had to level boost a LOT...
It's an old fashioned first person dungeon crawling RPG, where you draw your own maps on the touch screen, make your own team out of a range of classes, develop these characters through skill points (put into abilities, stat boosters, passive effects, etc). A ye olde RPG in modern trappings. It's also hardcore and brutal in its difficulty if you're not constantly paying attention and being cautious. For all this, though, it's excellent. Plus, I think it made me about 40 times better at RPGs.

The game itself has been on a few systems, so the music quality didn't take a particularly big jump for the DS [although if you've got both disks to the soundtrack you can hear the slight difference, it's minor]. It's still beautiful as is.
Wow, this one is surprisingly good.
The game's a long one. There's no actual counter in-game, but I'd guess it takes about... 30-40 hours to complete the "Main game". And that's assuming you only ever train up one party...

You have some natural power to post some songs in games I'm actually doing!! I'm on the 19th floor of the 4th Stratum : Withered Forest! ;) I haven't heard the 5th Stratum yet, but this one is one of my fav. in the game
This song and area in the game was my favorite. A cool looking place, the story is kicking up more than it has been, and I remember once I got here, I played Etrian Odyssesy non-stop until I finally beat the Final Boss of the game. XD Good pick. ^_^
Few songs affect me as deeply as this one has. I need this game.
Epic feel from 1:03 A really good dungeon-crawler game. Can't wait for the sequel to come to Europe.
