Yeah, I still greatly miss this series. The gap has never been filled which is frustrating because in a sea of JRPGs and their clichés, the geopolicital/war/celtic setting of Suikoden was a huge breath of fresh air. I dream of a day when Konami make a comeback and finally show respect to their own library of franchises.

Doubtful Konami will bring this series back, but there's always hope that they just sell it off to someone else. Or go bankrupt and HAVE to give their IPs to someone else.

Most of your picks are unfamiliar to me, which is great fun discovering something new! but this one.. ogh... it is so close to my heart!!!!! I played this as a young kid and it hit all the different feels I didn't know a series could do. The OST is especially good at that.
