Kicking off my Top 15 of 2019 with a classic with a twist. While Tetis Effect became my go-to version last year, it only took a year with Tetris 99's release for it to become my new #1 Tetris thanks to its addicting online multiplayer. Sure, it doesn't always feel fair when you're suddenly randomly targetted by 5+ players and you go to from a clean board to a catastrophy in a matter of seconds, but the adrenaline rush is amazing. Reaching the top 10 is hard enough, but with the music kicking in you start getting in a zone that feels perfect. I really like the additions of various boards because I was definitely getting tired of the same theme playing all the time. This School feel-good theme is a favorite of mine.
i personally still use the default one, there is just something special about it xD the inkling one is also surprisingly good

I'm not sure if you take requests into consideration, but my favorite of the custom themes is the 10 players left for Scary Castle.
The flute tone is as bas as mine during my school "music" course. Perfect.
This is probably the only battle royale I've been fully invested in and honestly it's the only one that's been worth that investment. What a great game.
Battle royale Tetris is a thing that I didn’t know I wanted, but I’m so glad I have it. It’s worth the Nintendo Online subscription alone.
Tetris 99 has seriously helped my Tetris skills immensely. Previously, my skills were horrible. I entered an Iron Gamer tournament, and one round was Tetris. I was dead last, including children, as I could only manage about 4 lines. I was legendarily bad. The kind of bad where you knock yourself out before anyone has a chance to get you. Now with Tetris 99 I've gotten as high as 14th before! It makes me really happy, and games usually only take about 2-3 minutes which is relaxing and fun.
I hadn't heard this theme before and I love it! I know what theme I'll have to get next

Hello SupraDarky, I really like what you're doing with this list! I discovered your channel some time ago and I just managed to catch up all of your uploads ^^ In fact, you inspired me to create my own list :D I already picked a good amount of tracks i would like to share, but i was wondering if I should just create a Playlist and add uploads from other sources, or make my own uploads, just like you. In my time that I have put into Tetris 99, the highest I have ever gotten was #2. Even though I'm not that good at it, it feels really exhilarating getting into the Top 10.
