Now this is a game I really wanted to play in 2018 because I'm sure it would have made my Top 10 of the year. Underwater exploring is right up my alley and the game looks/sounds awesomely atmospheric. I heard the Below Zero expansion is great as well. A Switch version with its portability would be perfect.

I really loved the submarine in this game. It was pretty overwhelming at first since you have to operate an entire submarine all by yourself. But once you give it a sonar, shield and basic resources to make it into a mobile base it's the most fun in the game for me.

Gives me Metroid Prime vibes. I have a little fear of the deep unknown so I won't be venturing there.
I have the same fear that keeps me from enjoying this game fully. The first time I encountered a Mesmer I turned around, hopped back into my little submarine, and drove off at top speed screaming "NOPE NOPE NOPE" all the way.
