If I could get any new Mario sports game, a sequel to this game would be my choice. I remember first playing this game at a gaming expo here in Montreal months before its release, and I had so much fun I had to buy it Day 1. Many fun nights with friends were had. The music was also excellent with its smooth and clean sound, its style really stood out from other Mario games.

The first Mario Strikers was awesome. I remember playing it for hours on end at a gaming get-together for about 100 people. When Charged was released, I already had it on pre-order...only to play it just for 30 minutes. It just feels completely off compared to the first one, especially the charged mechanic. This was in fact the last time I ever preordered a game. Yes, this game made me stop preordering entirely.

This game's pause menu song is probably the best pause menu song I've ever heard. ❤ (Well, the OST as a whole is great.)

Brookie Smallz I think that’s because this stage was used on the tutorial(I believe) and can be selected in the multiplayer

The composers behind this went on to work in Punch-Out!! for the Wii. You can actually hear the Disco Kid shining through this track.

It's funny, because I probably logged close to your same hours, yet this is the ONLY stage song I remember (I remember all the character themes no problem, though)

Easily one of the best and most stylish Mario spin-off games They could literally re-release the game with added controller support on Switch and I'd instantly buy it even for full price, it's that good
