C418 is one of my favorite game musicians of all time. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't play Minecraft. He's mastered that rare craft where, within seconds, he can pull me into a land of mystery. The music almost makes me feel like a child, intertwining feelings of innocence, comfort, fear and the unease of the great unknown.

C418 is one of the most underrated IDM/electronic producers ever. Truly heartbreaking how little he's been recognized outside of the Minecraft community.

So true, I love his music since first playing Minecraft in 2011 and it makes me really sad that most people doesn't even recognize the music in the game. I still hear his albums regulary, although I haven't touched the game since like 2 years.

C418's role in the rise of minecraft is hugely underestimated! One of the first things that captivated me about the game was the music. It always gives you this sense of exploration. And when I would take a break from the game, I sometimes came back to it just to experience that calmness and peace the music and atmosphere delivered me!

C418 finally returns with new music for Minecraft with this latest update. Only 3 tracks, but all very solid ambient pieces. I especially love the buildup to 3:25 in this one and how it ends with a fading relaxing tune. C418 is a great talent and creates atmospheric themes like few can. I would love for him to work on a big open world RPG and see what he could do (akin to Jeremy Soule and the Elder Scrolls series).

I really like that you admire the music that C418 makes. I'm a fan since I first played Minecraft in 2011 and I always found it really sad, when people say that it's OST is boring or bad. I really love his music and I think MC has one of the best fitting soundtracks in any game.

I'd love to see him tackle other games just to see what he could do. It's so hard to imagine his music anywhere else than minecraft.
