This entire song sounds like the beginning of a PC98 Touhou song, where the pace is still slow right before you remember it's a Touhou song and everything goes nuts. But this one never goes nuts. Still good in its own way, though.

Nintendo Power Volume 100 had Demon's Crest in its top 100 games of all time list, but noted that at one point it was so unpopular that it had negative sales numbers. Is that true or were they pulling our legs?

I pre-ordered the SNES mini which I'm really happy about with its great selection of games, but I wish Demon's Crest was in the lineup because of how criminally overlooked it was. It's one of the best games on the console and I love it for the same kind of reasons Super Castlevania IV is one of my favorite games ever: amazing atmosphere, great music and slick gameplay.

Love this game. It's almost unfortunate how many great games there are for the SNES because games like this get overlooked. Also, where did you pre order the SNES classic?
