Who here was for/against The Batter? I was against.
It wasn't really about the Batter and the Judge for me, but more about what Hugo wanted himself. But with what happens right before this fight, that kinda made it meaningless in the end, didn't it?
Hugo was the one that wanted it all. He was the one that created both The Queen AND The Batter, the latter being the one that would have "purified" the whole world in case The Queen failed to protect Hugo. And that's exactly what happened. The Queen failed at her task, and because of her The Batter had to begin his sacred mission. He's not "the bad guy", nor he is "the hero". He's just a man on a mission, a mission that HE had to accomplish because everyone else fucked up.
I was for. You have to finish what you started.

Such an amazing soundtrack! Coldwood's music is great, he has a YouTube channel as well so you guys should go check it out for more cool tunes. OFF is a very strong indie game as well, though moreso in its narrative, characters and universe than in its very basic JRPG gameplay. One of Belgium's best games for sure :)
Both Mortis and Coldwood are Belgian! When it comes to final bosses in this game, I'm a bigger fan of The Meaning Of His Tears. It's nice to see some love for this game, though ! I might add that it's free and short, so no reason to skip
Easily one of the weirdest games I've ever played and the final sequences were especially memorable, including this final battle. I do believe I read somewhere that this game was one of Undertale's many inspirations. It may quickly throw you OFF, but persevere and you should end up really enjoying it as I did.
I can see it... the progression of the mood in Undertale reminded me a lot of OFF.
