*I still love this ear-relaxing opening theme to this day, and also this is one of my favorite soundtracks of video game history. When the first time i played this game 12 years ago, I assumed the opening theme's singer was singing in an Old European language (which it's not); that assumption was heavily based on Suikoden III's Medievalic atmosphere & setting.* _On the other hand, Just by listening to this masterpiece's makes me feel like being a nomadic person wandering in a Mongolian or even Tibetan grassland.What A Wonderful Imagination._ *This OST truly deserved to get Remastered :'(*

This song is just so unique. Even for a VGM it's so vastly different and has it's very own special feel in comparison to most VGM's.....greatly love this song. Thanks once again Supra =]

there were other great songs in this game.

@TarvusDrake you haven't heard of it because it is one of the most underrated game of all time... you should play the whole series although suikoden IV is kind a disappoinating but still the series is great...
I think this is my favourite opening theme from any game. Funny story: I never knew it came from Suikoden (hadn't even heard of the series), I first heard it in a Warcraft 3 custom map.

@dragonfx310 what i really what to watch is all about suikoden 1 and 2.
The song itself is cool but needs the video to really shine.
@Goldsac actually, they probably are singing actual words. the only problem is lack of translators who KNOW the language. the group who sang this: Himekami, is a semi-traditional taiko(drum dance) group. they sing in a very, very ancient Japanese language thats become obsolete today. Its very hard to translate, and not many people learn how to, from what I hear. So it might be gibberish, it might be that language. Whos to say?
When I first heard this song I thought it was Native American.
Well I dunno, I actually would prefer it silent. I always did like silent heroes the best because I felt it allowed you to see their true character through actions and expressions rather than a voice. Of course just my personal opinion'

Suikoden 3 was a great game, it's only downfall was the lack of voices.

they dont make good games like this anymore i miss all the good rpgs such as grandia,legend of dragoon,legend of mana,legend of legaia,chrono cross,lunar,final fantasy 7,tales of series,xenogears,zelda series i didnt really like twilight tho, and also wild arms series.
