As much as I love Angkor Wat, this song fits the Cambodian Lake stage so well.
This version is brilliant, but the fact remains that the Arcade version will always be my favourite. I guess it's because the Arcade version sounds quite creepy while this one is way more relaxing.

I did the exact same! With Law I did my first playthrough. I chose him, because I thought he was the strongest, because he resembles Bruce Lee. I didn't know the story back then.
Man that section from 2:49 is great. Slightly better than the middle same part as it adds an extra "snare" I guess you could call it.

The thing I love most about the Tekken 2 soundtrack is its heavy emphasis on rather calm but also atmospheric theme songs. I prefer that to the loud dubstep music that is mainly used in the newer Tekken games.

@1:50 is my favorite part of the song, and the reason why it's my favorite song on the soundtrack. I would pause the game and wait for this part before I'd fight the boss!

You wouldn't think this theme plays during the Mid Boss fight if you haven't played the game. For those who did play this game, you'd probably associate it with "OK, now these fighters are getting serious". On a related note, I'm cautiously excited for Pokken Tournament. I certainly like the concept of having Pokémon fight Tekken-style!

+SupraDarky I'm surprised this isn't Yoshimitsu'a theme from TTT, that's usually the #1 standout song from Tekken's history--to me, at least. I still have a sweet spot for Bit Crusher from Tekken 4, thanks to an old anime named 'Geobreeders'...

This song remembers me of how the difficulty of opponents changed from midboss onwards. When I was a kid, I could easily spend 10+ minutes just fighting from Stage 8 onwards... :v
