You should check out the first couple of levels in Super Meat Boy, that song is catchy

Released in Japan as Battle Formula, they gave it a western release as a sequel to Spy Hunter. It's a fun top-down shooter which I vastly prefer over the prequel. Classic recognizable Kodaka/Sunsoft music as well!
