I replayed this level a few times just to hear the BGM! luckily it's brought back later. And then there was that awful lantern lighting star, which had this music in the background if i'm not mistaken, so at least that made it less annoying :P

Loved this game. I somehow enjoyed my time playing 3D Land alone more than I did playing this with my friend, so I'm not sure if it's because I prefer playing single player or if I really do prefer 3D Land. In the end, this was still an absolute joy to play, even if I found the first half to be lacking in terms of challenge and excitement. I don't think it's stated anywhere who composed this specific track, but I would put all my money on Toru Minegishi who also composed for Zelda PH and ST on the DS, there's a lot of similarities.
I ALSO loved this game, and its delightfully jazzy soundtrack. Heck, the soundtrack was so good that, combined with the absolutely stunning visuals, the credits made me cry. Damn it, this game is about 2 years old and I'm already nostalgic for it! Oh, and uh...wow. This isn't just earliness. This is... Advanced earliness... That reminds me, no SpongeBob tracks on this whole list? Huh. The games have some amazing tracks, believe it or not.
