GameCenterCX has an episode featuring this game. I'd reccomend checking it out, It was pretty good from what I remember.

A unique, Japan-only, life sim game where you play as god and try to make a student's life better. The game only takes place in his apartment. The vocal soundtrack is very pleasant thanks to the singer's soothing voice. Great music.
