For my first Resi game, I found this quite enjoyable. And, for me, it sure as heck made me jump. Only when I was on Jill parts though (and the rare bits with Parker). This area was good - I was kind of relieved that I didn't have defeat anything underwater!
More power to you cos as fan of Resident Evil games Revelations was the most boring and terrible RE game so far. The only worse than this is Umbrella Corps

I was a very big fan of this game, easily one of my favorites in the series. I played it on the 3DS and I feel like the portable aspect really enhanced my horror experience, there's something about the screen being close to your eyes that pulls you in. The presentation was, and still is, top notch for the 3DS. I still don't know how Capcom pulled that off. This theme playing while you explore the submerged ship at the end of the game was one of my favorite experiences on a portable in a good while. Loved it. I'm excited to play Revelations 2 once all the episodes are out, though I've heard mixed impressions.
@SupraDarky sorry but Revelations 1 really wasnt that scary.. it's overrated.Heck even Evil Within was scarier, with the female "Grudge" boss and the 'Locker head' boss alone. Very hard to kill, they teleport, and stalk you around, and can kill you easily. Those were intense and scary. I dont remember anything of the sort in Revelations
@heyjeySigma I agree and they never build up any tension before the bosses. For example: you go up an elevator and something shakes it, 2 minutes later you are fighting it. I also thought the story was bad.
Not entirely on-topic, but I've been stuck on Resident Evil 2's final boss for a few days. Today was especially sad, as not only did 66 attempts go to waste, but on one of them I got the rocket launcher and then MISFIRED.
Seriously? I think I got him on the 2nd or 3rd time with the magnum. I dont remember him being so hard.
@Lickinger I would no doubt have beaten him a while ago if I had any healing items. Also the only weapons I have ammo for are the handgun and SMG. Thing is, I actually beat the boss once, but then I was stupid and died to the zombies afterwards. No, I have no idea what I was thinking.
