Picked it up on rental. (I'm as shocked as you are they had it. Also that video stores still exist.) LOVING it, and roomie is loving the jump-in jump-out gameplay.
I honestly expected you to put "Fly! Kirby Rockey!" On to your list from the rainbow curse but this is nice aswell
I really like the fact that music in the more recent Kirby games have been more energetic especially the games that have come after Epic Yarn as the music in that game was very cheerful and whimsical.
pretty much all of kirby music is energetic, epic yarn was the exception.

As a huge fan of Canvas Curse, I'm really looking forward to playing this game. Reviews have been mixed, but from what I've seen I fully expect to love it. I knew Shogo Sakai was behind this soundtrack as soon as I heard this theme, it heavily reminds me of Mother 3. The guitar vibrato especially.
The Mother 3 guy? I thought Earthbound had way better music than Mother 3, but this is definitely that game's style. It's awesome.
Completely random question- Are you hyped about Ori and The Blind Forest at all? I just saw it got a release of March 11 and I'm definitely looking forward to playing it..
Even if its a good game, its not a kirby game. The last kirby game was return to dreamland on the wii and its extremely hard to find and very expensive when you do. Why nintendo would do a limited release on one of its most popular LP's I will never understand.

@galactamarx Completely forgot about it, mostly because NOA hardly advertises it. Cmon ninty, why no love for the pink puffball?
@bulbinking it's at least a year old and already sold 4 million copies, I think they did a decent job for sales.
@bulbinking Excluding remakes, there's been 10 "Kirby games" and 10 of the puzzle/spinoff-y games. I'd say it's just as much a Kirby game as Star Stacker.
