I cannot like this track no matter how many times I hear it. It sounds like they took the original Chill and just muddled it up with random sounds taken from the other Dr. Mario tracks, a drum overlay, and some quasi-dubstep sounds. What the hell was the composer thinking? Maybe trying to improve one of the best NES VGM tracks ever was a bad starting point.

This is a pretty fun game, although I feel that the character roster probably could have been handled more effectively. It didn't need more characters, it just needed more unlockable characters (and Lucas). Also, the new stages are a little painful to think about, if I may say so myself. Regardless, I really enjoyed the musical selection in this game. My personal favorite remixes are Gerudo Valley, Gear Getaway, Rainbow Road Medley, and N's Castle. I don't know why people want unlockable characters in again. I felt the magic playing 64 and Melee and seeing a character unlock and going WOOOOOOAAAAAHHH but with the internet, and the unlockable characters being shown in commericals, as well as reveal trailers, it's hard to say that kids will feel the same way. Also for people that just want to get to playing the game with their buddies and all unlocks, it's much better.
@lacoot Who cares if it's a secret or not? Having to unlock the characters gives the game a sense of purpose not otherwise present. Melee and Brawl both had massive hidden rosters, and it gave those games a satisfying sense of progress and accomplishment, which is something that I welcome in a game that otherwise has very little long term goals, not counting collect every trophy and unlock every achievement. Ideally, and this is just my opinion, the starting roster for any Smash game would be either the original eight or just the returning fighters, and every other character would have to be unlocked. Of course, and I forgot to mention this in my original post, the one part of this game that really bugs me above all else is the fact that I have to shell out my hard earned coins to even be given the option to attempt Classic mode. How am I supposed to complete Classic at 9.0 when I go bankrupt just trying to start it?

@LightningLuigiBreaku It didn't NEED more characters to be a good game. That being said, I still WANT some other characters to be given the chance to one day be in the game. I hope this helps get rid of your confusion.
@David Flores Just some advice. When you say, it didn't need this, don't list your aspirations when those aspirations include what you just said the subject matter did not need
@LightningLuigiBreaku I will keep it in mind. One last thing, though: Saying the game didn't need more characters, but that I still wanted more characters is like saying this cupcake didn't need more sprinkles, but I still wanted more sprinkles on it. Just some food (heh-heh...food...cupcakes...tee-hee) for thought.
@ShadowMario64 Well, I'm sure part of the reasoning was the fact that half the character roster was already either a swordsman or a magic user, and we didn't want to have TOO many characters similar to each other. (I'm looking at you, Ganondorf, Toon Link, Falco, Dr. Mario, Lucina, and Dark Pit)
Even if I'm not this series' biggest fan, there's no denying the nights I spent playing this game with friends was time well spent in the fun department. The humongous soundtrack full of remixes like this one is always welcome. I found myself thinking Nintendo might want to start changing things up with the next entry, but at the same time I could see fans not wanting that at all, something I can understand as a big Street Fighter fan who doesn't want the series to change too much. The 2 characters that have been giving me the most wins are Diddy and Dedede, funnily enough.

I don't want to see Smash change, but at the same time I don't want Sakurai to keep removing modes out of the game. Classic got a massive change, there's no adventure mode, no break the targets either. I want to see new elements in the games, don't get me wrong, but I don't want to see some of my favorite modes gone.
@Hawelo92 Erm, I do believe that the Wii U version of Smash 4 does have Break the Targets. I don't know about the 3DS version, but I'm sure the Wii u version has it.
@Rocket Ken It's a different mode called Target Smash that plays like Angry Birds.

According to an article I've read, Masahiro Sakurai, the director of the game series, feels like he's done with the franchise. He says there may not be a new Smash Bros title from now on, at least not one that will have him as a director. While that make sme sad, that doesn't mean Smash Bros is gone for good. We may get a new game directed by Hideki Kamiya or something! That might mix things up a bit, while keeping things relatively similar!
