Super Paper Mario.... Probably one of the most underrated video games of all time.
Still not as good as the first two.

@Hs00129 The first two are more like rpg's than a platformer, and the third ruined the series.

@Jacob H The third didn't ruin the series, it was just different. Although I love TTYD more than the other two, none of the games in the series were bad by any means.
@D.E. McKnight I agree. "It ruined the whole series" is also a dumb statement.
@D.E. McKnight I agree. PM64 and TTYD are fantastic but by no means are SPM or PM:SS bad.
+Hs00129 PM64, TTYD and SPM are really good, despite the gameplay change for SPM, all 3 had tons of awesome OCs, it had great stories that doesnt only concern Peach being kidnapped, which is rare for a Mario game. PMSS tho...gameplay was okay but the lack of OCs or great story made the game really bad compared to the others.
It is better than the first one. The original had no story whatsoever (and people are complainting about Sticker Star having Bowser as the main villain...)
Yeah? Well the first two didn't have any plot! If you look at it that way, even TTYD was like:" Hey, rescue the princess from the evil dude" Without SPM, you wouldn't have great characters like dimentio, count bleck, mr. L! I still think TTYD is the best, but SPM is better than the original

SS had no story, but the original had pretty much the same thing! I mean sure, the chapters themselves are written a lot better than Sticker Star, but the main plot is still: "Bowser kidnapped Peach, go save her and collect some magical items on your way!

He can't possibly make a living off of a list of his personal favorite music, that would be severe copyright unless he manages to get the consent of every single company included (but even then they'd more than likely make all the money go back to them)

it's a lot more fun anyway, but I think I only got stuck once or twice. partners in time usually is seen as the worst game in the series for some reason (i blame the lack of an overworld!)
Oh yeah, I forgot about Bowser's Inside Story because I never got to play it. Is it as hard as Partners in Time?

Paper mario has a new one coming out for 3DS and Bowser's Inside story came out for DS a couple years ago and sold really well.
While very underrated, and a great game to boot, the most underrated game in the world goes to Nier.
I wonder why people didn't like it as much? And what happened to the M&L series?

ah super paper mario, your story wasn't as strong, ur shake mechanic frustrated me, ur ease bored me, but in some areas, you made me forget those things with music, i feel so happy listening to it
@TheVivaPinatalover It truly doesn't suck. The gameplay is fun and creative, the music is top-notch, and it has one of the most amazing storylines in any game I've ever played. <3
@skewb40 YOU SAID IT!!!!!!!! Omg I love this game to death, and I still can't believe that many people hate it JUST BECAUSE it's a bit different from the other Paper Marios! Seriously, even if I ever play the other two, Super Paper Mario will always be my favorite (it's my second favorite Mario game out of all of them!) Also, This song = Best oriental song EVER!!!! xD

Super Paper Mario is an extremely underrated game, and it also had an incredible soundtrack. This is probably the best song in the game.

Given the theme that the game is based on, this is actually a real cool song. The Paper Mario series kept me laughing since the first commercial.

This music reminds me of Goemon's Great Adventure (the second Mystical Ninja game for the N64... the only one of the series that I played. >.>) SPM is pretty good... Once I got about halfway though, the story had me playing almost nonstop 'till I beat it...

Pretty cool place, bit repetitive... Ok music. I'm pretty sure there is other music in the game I liked better though. Sammer guys are annoying!
