Absolutely my favorite piece from Skyward sword, I used to go there in between going to the surface and just leave the controller while I did other stuff
I would leave Link stranded on Bamboo Island just to let this music play.
Sounds very Saga Frontier-ish, rather generally like Masashi Hamauzu especially when hearing the chords, the rythm pattern and the effects used.
You should check the OST for Custom Robo Arena sometime. It has some really good music in my opinion.

I reeaaallly loved the music in skyward sword.
I just noticed that there's an own-like design on Link's sword.
Skyward Sword probably does have my favourite soundtrack in the series as it is so diverse and memorable. A bit too familiar to Mario Galaxy's soundtrack, but I can still tell which songs are from Mario Galaxy and which ones are from this game. This song for example is very pleasant to listen to and a welcome accompaniment to the odd choice of having more Japanese-themed music tracks in this game. It's too bad the minigame in this place is both pointless and frustrating.
66 views and 6 likes...alright then! Interesting you uploaded this, considering I just finished my second, hard mode run of this game. Like yourself, I wasn't too fond of the game in terms of the other Zelda games, but this game really REALLY grew on me over time. If had I had played this when I was eight or nine-years old it would probably one of my all-time favorites at this point.

Hey Supra, I've been a fan of you for a while, and I was thinking of uploading videos similar to yours. Just some of my favorite music from games. However, I'm unsure what to name it. You have best VGM, some have Awesome VGM, etc. I was thinking of maybe making different parts, like happy VGM, sad VGM, inspiring VGM, etc. And any advice for picking music, and such, in general? I'm sure others would like to try something like what you do.

cutting trees minigame was so fun
This track really stood out to me, too, an eerily chill tune.
This little theme stood out as soon as I landed on this tiny island. Very peaceful and makes you want to meditate. Skyward Sword's live orchestration (+ quality synths) was definitely one of the game's high points, it's a treatment I wanted Zelda to have as soon as I heard Mario Galaxy's music. Not the strongest melodies though. I do have to say, Skyloft is probably my favorite hub in the series and it also has my favorite hub theme.
This is a really easy song to listen to. I feel that I will start a new playlist "Eric's Zen Playlist," which will be with songs that are just straight relaxing. I still feel that this game was a disappointment to me.
@Nuahsy I actually have 2 other relaxing playlists as well as 2 energizing vgm playlists. I also have a Soothing vocal playlist that has both vgm songs and other songs that I have found on youtube. They're all public on my channel so feel free to check them out. You may just find out about new vgm in the process. ;)
@Nuahsy My Relaxin' playlist uses secret magic that allows it to go beyond the 200 limit imposed by YouTube. It's at 201 now and will continue growing.
Live orchestrated music is a step they should really take with the next generation of Pokemon games. I kept thinking while playing Y-version that while the visuals made the largest jump in quality, it'd be nice to have the instrumentation move up along with it.
@MishtahPoog X & Y's synths are still a huge step up from the gba-holdovers that had been in at least the first gen of DS games (never played Black/White gen), but i hear you. IMO, I'd rather have good bloops than low quality synths.
