This sounds a lot like Dustforce.

Dustforce has a pretty good OST overall. Didn't love the game itself so much though. :P

A 3$ puzzle game for iOS. I'm not a big mobile player, but I tend to prefer puzzle games I can play in short bursts. This chill theme is very pleasant to the ears, nice steady beat.
