Assassin's Creed has been retarded since Brotherhood. Possibly 2 as well.
What I still don't understand is when Connor finds out Hathem is not responsible for the death of his mother or the burning of his village, he still kills him...his own father. No rationale behind it other than his dad was a templar. Absolutely retarded.

I ... really didn't like AC III. I wasn't able to maintain my suspension of disbelief (like I was with the earlier ones) with the way that they handled the time period. It was too recent for them to have Conner commanding armies and the like. I would have liked it they would have been more accurate in many different ways. It annoyed the hell out of me that they made the British and loyalists look evil and the patriots look like paragons. Also, Conner was annoying and lacked personality.
Actually, he accepted no title and went back to his plantation to live his life in relative luxury. Then, later, after the Articles of Confederation didn't work out, they nominated Washington to be the new president and he accepted.
In reality, Washington actually had the opportunity to give himself the title of "King" shortly after the revolution was won and everyone wanted the old man to be their leader. Of course, he humbly accepted the title of "Mr. President" ...not the case in this DLC

I haven't really paid attention to this franchise in a while, but I have to admit the pirate themed AC4 actually seems like something I could enjoy. Anyways, this is a DLC for AC3 which takes places in an alternate universe where Washington goes crazy and crowns himself King. I like when developers decide to not take themselves too seriously, a bit like with Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon. This track's intro reminds me of something like Deus Ex, which is great.
